Digital Transfer: Premium Image Quality on Your Promotional Products
Digital transfer is one of the most popular methods for printing multi-colored logos and designs with high photographic quality. The process begins with digital printing (CMYK) onto a large paper roll. A white layer is then added to the areas covered by color. Next, adhesive is applied to enable bonding to the item. The final step of the process is transferring the image or logo onto the product using pressure, time, and heat.
This method is ideal for printing detailed multi-colored designs and is often used for branding T-shirts and bags in smaller quantities. Multi-colored visuals (CMYK) are printed onto a base with a transfer layer, which allows the design to be transferred onto the desired material.
Under pressure and high temperature, the base releases the ink from the transfer paper and bonds it to the product.
Perfect print
If the printing surface is flat, all items can be printed.
Bags, T-shirts, caps, umbrellas, fanny packs, and many more.
