The buyer has no right of return in cases where the goods were produced under strict instructions by the buyer, including products customized according to the buyer’s specifications and print.
The consumer is entitled to a period of fourteen (14) days to notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract without being required to provide a reason for their decision.
Company Fredi & co. obrt za trgovinu i uslugu, upon termination of the contract, shall refund all payments made by the consumer, including the standard shipping costs paid by the consumer. Refunds shall be made as soon as possible, and no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the notification of withdrawal.
