These printed sheets are applied to the product using pressure, time, and heat, allowing the ink to transfer onto the item.
What makes sublimation unique is the process of turning ink from a solid state directly into a gas under the influence of heat and pressure. In this gaseous state, the ink penetrates deeply into the surface of the item, creating a permanent and vibrant print. Once the process is complete and the item cools, the ink is fixed within the surface or coating of the product, ensuring durability and resistance to wear.
